We provide a comprehensive narrative inspection report that includes photos and diagrams to help identify and help explain deficiencies found during the inspection.
We strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection but at a safe distance. We ask that all who attend wear a mask and practice a safe distance. I suggest clothing you do not mind getting a little dirty as I may want you to take a closer look at an area of concern. You should fee free to ask any questions during and after the inspection. I will point out areas of the property which may be an issue and explain causes and remedies. I will also show you good points as well. Plus we will explain routine maintenance needed to keep the property in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from your inspection and gain understandings of the systems that makeup your future property.
You will receive a comprehensive narrative written inspection report, typically 50 plus pages (email) with photos and diagrams that is easy to understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report.
Armed with the information in inspection report and information you had during the inspection, you will be able to make a sound decision with confidence.
